The Rosebud Run Sleddog Society Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day business and operation of the Society.

Day-to-day business and operation of the Society shall be defined as handling the financial affairs of the Society, making necessary arrangements for Society events, and preparing directional proposals for presentation to the General Membership at Annual General Meetings. The Board of Directors will be responsible for arranging trail preparation, marking and maintenance. All members are responsible for assisting with trail care, trail improvements and trail site cleanliness.

It is the goal of the Board of Directors to create a sled dog site which promotes sled dog events and activities conducive to year-round use.
